The itch-associated responses of laboratory animals arisen from external stimulation were introduced in this article. The degrees of responses could be quantitatively evaluated by the analysis of skin nerve activities of laboratory animals and electrophysiologic parameters, which is useful for studying the effect of itch-resistant drugs.
