Objective To explore and make a rat model of sterility caused by chronic salpingitis. Methods Mixed bacteria were used for making the model. The morphology of oviduct was observed under both light and transmission electron microscope, and the pregnant result was also traced. Results and Conclusion\ The fallopian tubes of model rats were found with chronic salpingitis, and the rat model of sterility caused by chronic salpingitis could be successfully made.
