目的 探索制作输卵管慢性炎症导致大鼠不孕症的动物模型。方法 用“混合菌”接种大鼠，制作慢性输卵管炎症动物模型，观察输卵管病理形态学变化，并追踪其受孕情况。结果 造模20d后，模型组大鼠输卵管组织形态呈现慢性炎症表现，并且导致不孕发生。结论 “混合菌接种法”可以成功制作大鼠慢性输卵管炎性不孕症模型。
Objective To explore and make a rat model of sterility caused by chronic salpingitis. Methods Mixed bacteria were used for making the model. The morphology of oviduct was observed under both light and transmission electron microscope, and the pregnant result was also traced. Results and Conclusion\ The fallopian tubes of model rats were found with chronic salpingitis, and the rat model of sterility caused by chronic salpingitis could be successfully made.
