络泰注射液对恒河猴生理生化及血液流变学的影响

    摘要:

    目的 观察不同剂量的络泰注射液对实验恒河猴生理、生化及血液流变学指标的影响 ,对络泰的安全性及药效做出初步评价。方法 高、低两剂量组的动物给药剂量分别为每天 4 0mg kg和 2 4mg kg,进行静脉滴注 ,共 2个疗程。每日观察各种生理指标变化 ,比较给药前、中、后期一些生化及血液流变学指标改变。结果 络泰对实验恒河猴生理功能无影响 ,对肝、肾功能也无影响。用药两个疗程后能极显著地降低血浆纤维蛋白原 (P <0 0 0 1 )、红细胞压积 (P <0 0 1 ) ;低剂量络泰能明显降低全血粘度 (P <0 0 5 )、血浆粘度 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 低剂量络泰注射液经 2个疗程后 ,具有明显降低恒河猴血液粘度的功能 ,且安全有效。

    Abstract:

    Objective To evaluate preliminarily safety and effect of Luo Tai injection, and to observe some values of physiology, biochemistry and hemorrheology in rhesus monkey. Methods The animals in two groups were treated daily by 40mg/kg and 24mg/kg in intravenous infusion separately for two period of treatment. The physiological changes were observed every day. Some values of biochemistry, hemorrheology were detected and compared at the early, medium and later stages of treatment. Results There was no effects on physiological function, liver and kidney function in rhesus monkey. The fibrinogen, hematocrit values in test groups were significant lower than those in control group ( P <0 01, P <0 001), and whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity were lower in the low dose group ( P <0 05). Conclusion Luo Tai injection has obvious function to reduce blood viscosity level in rhesus monkey, and it is safe and effective.
