Objective To meet the requirements of scientific research, the fetus tissues are obtained from 12 mid|pregnant Macaca Mulatta through caesarean birth. Method Caesarean section was made in Macaca Mulatta . Results The differences were found between Macaca Mulatta's caesarean birth and human's. Conclusion The study of caesarean section would be beneficial not only to the experimental research relevant to Macaca Mulatta and to the protection of this species, but also to the reduction of death caused by the section.
