    摘要:

    目的观察用饲喂法制造的家兔动脉粥样硬化模型,停喂高脂饲料后是否可以恢复正常。方法试验分3组,分别饲喂3种含不同量胆固醇、猪油及蛋黄的饲料,数周后测其血清、检查主动脉,待主动脉形成动脉粥样硬化后,停喂高脂饲料,观察主动脉变化情况。结果饲喂11周的家兔主动脉壁内膜布满脂质斑块,形成动脉粥样硬化。停喂高脂饲料15周仍呈现主动脉粥样硬化。结论饲喂法制造的家兔动脉粥样硬化模型,停喂高脂饲料15周内未恢复正常,说明家兔动脉粥样硬化模型在一定时间内是稳定的。

    Abstract:

    Objective To make rabbit atherosclerosis model and to see its stability after stop of feeding high fat forage. Methods Three groups were fed with different amount of cholesterol, lard and yolk respectively. When atherosclerosis was taken shape in aorta, the feed of high fat forage discontinued. Results Over 11 weeks of feeding rabbit endaortic membrane was of full spots of fat deposit, forming atherosclerosis, and 15 weeks afterwith drawal of feeding atherosclerosis stayed. Conclusion Rabbit atherosclerosis model was stablely established in this way.
