    目的了解不同产地、不同年龄Beagle犬血液学及血液生物化学的参考值,使实验结果更加准确。方法利用法国产BSAIC半自动血液生化分析仪和德国产全自动血球计数仪Medicon4000对不同产地、两个年龄段Beagle犬10项血液生化值和9项血液常规值进行测定。结果与文献报道的结果一致;与正常人参考值比较,除ALP较高外,结果均在正常范围内波动。结论建议在实验选择动物时,要密切注意实验动物的来源及年龄的一致性。

    Abstract:

    Objective To acknowledge the Beagle's normal levels of hematology and blood biochemicals. Methods 10 blood biochemicals and 9 blood routine values of Beagles from different origins and ages were examined by BSALC partial blood automated chemical analyzer and German made Medicon 4000 fully automated hematology analyzer. Results The results were coordinated with those reported in the published articles, fluctuating in the rang of normal levels except the high level of ALP, compared with the ordinary human specimen. Conclusion The experimental animal of different origins and ages has a relation with the results. It's necessary to pay close attention to the coordination of the origins and ages of the experimental animals during the experiments.
