    目的探讨右室肺动脉连接重建动物模型的建立方法。方法应用环氧化合物处理的牛颈静脉带瓣管道对10只犬重建右心室与肺动脉连接,重建前后测定右心室与肺动脉血流动力学变化。结果有7只犬建模成功。重建右室肺动脉连接前后,右室收缩压、舒张压、右室平均压及肺动脉收缩压、舒张压、肺动脉平均压均无明显变化。结论采用环氧交联牛颈静带瓣血管成功地建立了右室肺动脉连接重建动物模型。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the method to establish laboratory animal model of right ventricular outflow tract and pulmonary artery reconstruction(RV-PA)in dogs.Methods The bovine jugular vein conduit(BJVC) that was fixed with polyexpoxy compound(PC) was implanted between the right ventricle and pulmonary artery in ten young dogs.Right ventricular and pulmonary artery pressures were measured directly before and after implantation.Results Seven dogs survived one month after implantation.The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean pressure of the right ventricle and pulmonary artery were not significantly changed after reconstruction with the conduits.Conclusion An animal model of RV-PA reconstruction could be successfully established with PC-fixed BJVC in dogs.
