    摘要:

    目的探讨并建立KM小鼠胚胎的可视化研究平台。方法采用GFP雄鼠附睾尾部精子与KM雌鼠的卵母细胞在培养液中进行体外受精和体外培养,通过荧光显微镜观察胚胎。结果在荧光显微镜下观察GFP雄鼠的精子没有绿色荧光表达,当让其与KM雌鼠进行体外受精后,得到的受精卵有绿色荧光表达,并且荧光的表达有强有弱。结论绿色荧光表达的强弱可以作为小鼠胚胎生活力的标志。

    Abstract:

    Objective To establish an platform to investigate embryos of KM mice. Methods The sperm corned from from transgenic mice of GFP fertilized and cuhuredin vitro with the ovum of KM mice getted by superovulation. The embryo was observed under fluorescence microscope. Results Sperm of GFP mice was no expression of green fluorescence in fluorescence microscope, while when fertilized with the KM females in vitro, the oocytes took on strong or weak expession of green fluorescent. Conclusion Strong or weak expression of green fluorescent could be the mark of embryos viability.
