    摘要:

    目的观察实验性血管钙化大鼠血浆抗氧化能力的变化。方法将16只雄性SD(Sprauge Dawley)大鼠随机分两组,其中一组进行血管钙化处理。6周后取出胸、腹主动脉,用于Von Kossa染色,并测定血管组织钙含量和碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)活性、血浆超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(maleic diadehyde.MDA)、总抗氧化能力变化。结果钙化组大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞内及其间质有大量黑色颗粒沉积,主动脉钙含量及ALP活性分别较对照组增高102.7%和259%(P〈0.01),血浆SOD和总抗氧化能力分别比对照组下降26.2%和67.4%(P〈0.01),MDA增加584.1%(P〈0.01)。结论血管钙化大鼠血浆抗氧化能力降低。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the change of the anti-oxidation in plasma in vascular calcification rats.Methods The male Sprauge Dawley rats were randomly divided into 2 groups,one of the group were induced vascular calcification.Von Kossa stanning in aorta were observed and the levels of the alkaline phosphatase and calcium content in aorta were detected,SOD,MDA levels and total anti-oxidation ability in plasma were also detected after six weeks.Results Many black granules among the smooth muscle cells and its matrix in calcified aorta by Von Kossa stanning in VDN group was observed,102.7%,259% increase ALP and calcium content were observed in VDN group than that in control group(P<0.01).584.1% increase MDA,26.2% and 67.4% decrease SOD and total anti-oxidation ability were observed in VDN group than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Anti-oxidation ability in plasma was decreased in vascular calcification rats.
