目的 探讨在大鼠剖宫产净化中获得发育健全幼仔的方法，更加准确把握剖宫产时机。方法采用孕鼠临产期推算法、触诊法、观察法、综合法、补救法等多种判断方法的比较，观察和评价各种临产期判断方法的准确性。结果采用推算法在孕鼠临产日期上确定的准确率为85％；触诊法、观察法、综合法在孕鼠临产时间点上确定的准确率分别为73％、69％、87％；采用补救法能够推迟分娩。结论在推算法的前提下，结合触诊法、观察法进行综合判断，对提高孕鼠妊娠期的确定和分娩时间的准确性有重要的价值。
Objective To discuss the methods to accurately define the time of confinement in rats in order to make ceasarean section at the appropriate time and to obtain healthy newborn rats. Methods To compare and analyze the accuracy of judgment methods on rat confinement date, including computation, palpation, observation, integration and remediation. Results The accuracy of computation method was 85 %. The accuracy by use of palpation, observation, and integration methods was 73 %, 69 %, and 87 %, respectively. Remediation method may somewhat delay the time of gestation. Conclusions It is of great value to improve the confirmation of the pregnant rat gestation and accuracy of the date of production by palpation and observation combined with computation method.
