    摘要:

    人类的许多种疾病都表现为数量性状,而利用人类本身很难找到控制这些数量性状的遗传位点,鼠却能弥补人类自身的不足,它不仅繁殖性能好,而且其基因组与人类有较高的同源性,于是研究者们纷纷把鼠作为模式动物来研究控制人类疾病的数量性状基因座(QTL),本文对鼠的一些数量性状QTL定位研究进展进行了综述。

    Abstract:

    Many human diseases are related to quantitative traits, but it is very difficult to find the genetic quantitative trait loci directly in human subjects, where the quantitative traits dominate. Rats and mice can well complement those shortage, because they have not only good reproduction capability, but also high congenetic genome. Therefore, many researchers have been making use of rats and mice as a kind of model animal to study QTLs controlling human diseases. In this review mapping of quantitative trait loci for some traits on rats and mice was introduced.
