Objective To provide practical devices and skills for blood collection by cutting rats' tails.Methods Using plastic bottles and wooden boards to make simple devices for holding rats and using some moderate ways to treat rats for blood collection.Results The rat could be hold well in the bottle;the blood could be collected smoothly and quickly with the help of these devices and skills.Conclusion These devices are economical,practical and easy to be made.Methods introduced in this paper not only can help us collect rats' blood easily but also can prevent some harmful stimulations from rats,which ensured a reliable results.
