    摘要:

    目的观察寒冷刺激对大鼠胃黏膜的影响及对大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)含量和胃黏膜表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达水平的变化。方法SD大鼠20只,雌雄各半,随机分成模型组与对照组,模型组接受冷刺激后观察胃黏膜变化并测定大鼠血清NO和EGFR表达水平。结果模型组大鼠胃黏膜产生不同程度的损伤,与对照组比,模型组大鼠血清NO与EGFR表达水平均有显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论寒冷刺激对大鼠血清NO含量和胃黏膜EGFR表达水平有显著影响并损伤胃黏膜。

    Abstract:

    Objective To observe the changes on content of nitric oxide in serum and expression on epidermal growth factor receptor of gastric mucosa in cold stimulated rats. Methods Twenty SD rats were divided into control, model group at random, NO in serum and EGFR in gastric mucosa of rats were tested. Results The gastric mucosa were differently damaged in model group, and there were significant difference on content of nitric oxide in serum and expression of epidermal growth factor receptor in gastric mucosa between two groups. Conclusion Cold simulation may result in the gastric mucosa damage in rats, which also affect the content of nitric oxide in serum and expression of epidermal growth factor receptor in gastric mucosa of rats.
