Objective To detect the function of Tiaoneixiaobiwan in enhancing the angiectasia of the capillaries and improving the microcirculation in mice's ala auris,and thus to explore the effects of Tiaoneixiaobiwan on the microcirculation of the mice's ala auris.Methods The method we used here was administering the drug directly.Results Tiaoneixiaobiwan could enhance the angiectasia of the capillaries and improve the microcirculation in mice's ala auris.(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.0001).Conclusion The fact that Tiaoneixiaobiwan could enhance the angiectasia of the capillaries and improve the microcirculation has provided the evidences for its application in clinical medicine.
