Itching models have been used in studying the mechanism of itch and antipruritics. To establish these models, methods of applying special germ lines of laboratory animals, stimulated with mediators of inflammation or chemical materials and injection of morphine in central were used. The application of these methods in investigations of itch or antipruritics and the evaluation of itching model have been introduced.
