    目的:观察2%含量的过氧乙酸溶液气溶胶喷雾,对实验动物和工作人员产生的毒性作用。方法:利用隔离器,观察2%含量的过氧乙酸溶液喷雾消毒,达到1g/m^3浓度,维持4h,通过行为学测试和病理学解剖结果,判定大鼠吸入后,所产生的毒性作用。结果:2%过氧乙酸溶液喷雾消毒后,在4h~7d间大鼠出现行为活动异常。结论:2%过氧乙酸溶液喷雾消毒,浓度为1g/m^3时,对动物有毒性作用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To assess the toxic effect of 2% peracetic acid aerosol disinfection on laboratory animals and the staff. Method Isolator was disinfected with 2% peracetic acid aerosol at concentration of 1 g/m^3 density for 4 hours. Rats were kept in the isolator and their behavior and pathological changes were observed to assess whether inspiration of the aerosol lead to toxicity in the rats. Results After 2 % peracetic acid aerosol inspiration for 4 hours, the rats depicted abnormal behavior activity during 4 hours to 7 days. Conclusions 2% peracetic acid aerosolat using a density of 1 g/m^3 is toxic to laboratory animals.
