Abstract:Sleep apnea syndrome(SAS) causes various diseases and especially impacts cardiovascular system.Currently,different animal models related to cardiovascular diseases were established with varying pathophysiological state of human beings.However,none of them was supposed to be perfect.Along with the researches,SAS animal models are being well developed.
