A convenient and economical method for filling DNA into microinjection capillary was described. Mouth pipette that was usually used for zygotes collection and transfer was modified for DNA filling. DNA solution was pipetted into a modified mouth pipette and then injected into microinjection capillary from the tail end. DNA filling can be finished efficiently within 2 - 5 min.
