Objective To establish a new test-determinited the cerebrospinal fluid of Beagle. Methods Using ketamine to anesthetize, collect the cerebrospinal fluid afer lumbar puncture and to place a soft Plastic tube. Results It could collect the cerebrospinal fluid more than 48 hours if we successed make lumbar puncture and to place a soft plastic tube. Conelusion Lumbar puncture and to place a soft Plastic tube is a simple and utility method to continiun collect the cerebrospinal fluid.
