With the development of medical experimental animals science and the implementation of laboratory animal production and use sage license management approach,We summarized some experiences of barrier facilities operation and management in Laboratory Animal Center,Sun Yat-sen University,including complete management system establish,team building and management,laboratory barrier facilities maintenance,experimental items management in barrier facilities.
