Objective To monitore the genetic quality of laboratory rats in Heilongjiang Province.Methods According to national standard of Laboratory Animal-Genetic Monitoring: methods for biochemical markers of inbred mice and rats GB/T 14927.1-2001,biochemical markers of 25 rats of SD,Wistar,DA,PVG strains from different sources were detected.Results There were differences among the strains.Conclusions\SD and Wistar rats in our province are in accordance with the genetic profile of closed colony animals.The genetic ...
