Comparative Study on Values of Blood Physiological and Biochemical between Pregnant Macaca fascicularis in Later Gestational Period and Normal Nonpregnant Macaca fascicularis with the Same Ages

Objective To inspect the blood physiological and biochemical parameters of pregnant Macaca fascicularis in late-term pregnancy. Methods Routine methods and instruments were used to determine the blood physiological and biochemical parameters for 15 pregnant Macaca fascicularis in late-term pregnancy and 10 normal nonpregnant Macaca fascicularis in the same ages. Results There were significant difference in WBC，NEU% ，LYM% ，PT，APTT，Fgb，TP，Alb，BUN，CR，CHOL，Glu，Fe，LDK and HDBH between the pregnant and nonpregnantmonkeys. Conclusions Biological parameters of Macaca fascicularis in late-term pregnancy and normal nonpregnant Macaca fascicularis are established which provide basic data for further study.
