Animal model is an important instrument for human diseases research,pathogenesis,medicine research．At present,liver diseases still damage human healthy seriously because there are no proper animal models to effectively reflect procedures of human diseases．Therefore establishment of animal model of tolerant rats with chimeric human liver will have extensive application prospects for pathogenesis of human liver diseases,vaccine and medicine exploitation and treatment of human liver diseases.
