    目的 研究芦根多糖对高脂血症大鼠的调节作用?方法 将32 只SD 大鼠随机分为4 组:对照组?模型组?芦根多糖组和立普妥组(每组8 只),对照组给予普通饲料,其余三组给予高脂饲料,饲喂8 周后,芦根多糖组[200 mg/ (kg·d)]和立普妥组[2 mg/ (kg·d)]大鼠分别灌胃相应药物,对照组和模型组大鼠灌胃生理盐水,持续给药6 周后取血,分离血清以检测脂质四项水平,同时取肝和主动脉进行病理组织学检查?结果 与对照组相比,模型组血清中甘油三脂(triglyceride,TG)水平显著降低( P < 0.01),总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)?高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high?density lipoprotein?cholesterol, HDL?C) 和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇( low?density lipoprotein?cholesterol, LDL?C)水平显著上升( P < 0.01);芦根多糖组和立普妥组的血清TC?HDL?C 和LDL?C 均较模型组显著降低( P <0.01)?模型组大鼠可见广泛的肝细胞脂肪变性和炎症细胞,芦根多糖组和立普妥组大鼠可见较局限的肝细胞脂肪变性,病变程度减轻?结论 芦根多糖能降低高脂血症大鼠的TC 和LDL?C 水平,减轻肝细胞脂肪变性,对高脂血症大鼠有较好的调节作用?

    Abstract:

    Objective To determine the effect of reed rhizome polysaccharides (R?Poly) on hyperlipidemia in rats. Methods In total, 32 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group, model group, R?Poly group, and Lipitor group. Rats in the control group were fed a standard diet, while those in the other three groups received a high?fat diet. After eight weeks, rats in the R?poly group and Lipitor group were gavaged daily with 200 mg/ kg R?Poly or 2 mg/ kg atorvastatin for six weeks. The normal group and model group received an equal volume of physiological saline. At the end of the sixth week, all rats were terminated. Serum lipids were detected, and liver and aorta pathological examinations performed. Result Compared with the control group, serum triglyceride ( TG) levels were significantly decreased in the model group, while levels of total cholesterol (TC), low?density lipoprotein?cholesterol (LDL?C), and high?density lipoprotein?cholesterol (HDL?C) were significantly increased ( P < 0.01). Compared with the model group, levels of TC, LDL?C, and HDL?C were visibly decreased ( P < 0.01) in the R?Poly group and Lipitor group. Extensive fatty degeneration and inflammatory cells were found in model group rats, with the degree of hepatic steatosis and inflammation significantly alleviated in the R?Poly group and Lipitor group. Conclusions R?Poly can reduce the level of TC and LDL?C in rats with hyperlipidemia, and alleviate the degree of hepatic steatosis and inflammation. Accordingly, R?Poly has a good regulating effect.
