    针对实验目的不同, 选择合适的雾霾吸入肺损伤动物模型对临床上雾霾吸入性肺损伤疾病的发生机理?防治及药物的研究选择都有重要的意义?依据国内外参考文献将雾霾吸入性肺损伤动物模型归纳为物理性?化学性?生物性及颗粒性肺损伤?以雾霾吸入性肺损伤动物模型为切入点,对其灌注方法?选用的试剂及剂量进行综述,以期为雾霾吸入性肺损伤动物模型的构建提供参考?

    Abstract:

    Selection of suitable animal models of haze inhalation lung injury is important for studies of the pathogenesis, prevention, and treatment of haze inhalation lung injury. Animal models of haze inhalation lung injury are classified as physical, chemical, biological, and granular lung injury. In this article, the infusion method, reagents, and dose selection were reviewed to provide references for the construction of haze inhalation lung injury animal models.
