    目的 检测自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)并高尿酸血症降低尿酸干预血脂水平变化。 方法 动物实验分组:(1)对照组(A1 )(单纯 SHR 组) n= 20 雌雄各半用等体积 0. 5% 羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)灌胃两周。(2) SHR 并高尿酸血症组(B1)n= 30 雌雄各半用腺嘌呤(150 mg / kg 溶于 0. 5%CMC-Na)和乙胺丁醇(250 mg / kg 溶于 0. 5%CMC-Na)灌胃两周;(3)继续造模对照组(A2) (单纯 SHR 组) n= 10(从对照组 A1 随机选取),雌雄各半,在 A1 组干预完成后,再用等体积 0. 5%CMC-Na 灌胃,继续灌胃 5 周。 (4) SHR 并高尿酸血症继续造模组(B2) n= 10 (从 SHR 并高尿酸血症组 B1 随机选取),雌雄各半,在 B1 组干预完成后,再用腺嘌呤(150 mg / kg 溶于 0. 5%CMC- Na)和乙胺丁醇(250 mg / kg 溶于 0. 5%CMC-Na)继续灌胃 5 周。 (5)SHR+高尿酸血症+尿酸降低组(B3) n= 10(从 SHR+高尿酸血症组 B1 随机选取),雌雄各半,在 B1 组干预完成后,再用腺嘌呤(150 mg / kg 溶于 0. 5%CMC-Na)和乙胺丁醇(250 mg / kg 溶于 0. 5%CMC-Na)和别嘌呤醇(10 mg / kg 溶于 0. 5%CMC-Na)继续灌胃 5 周。在动物实验前,在动物实验 2 周,4 周,7 周。用酶标仪分别测定血中尿酸(UA)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)。 结果 实验组与对照组相比,血中尿酸水平、血脂水平有显著差异 P<0. 05。 结论 SHR 并高尿酸血症降低尿酸血脂水平有改变。

    Abstract:

    Objective To detect changes in serum lipid levels due to serum uric acid-lowering therapy in spontaneously hypertensive rats with hyperuricemia. Methods Experimental rats were divided into five groups. The control group (A1; spontaneously hypertensive rats; 10 males, 10 females ) was administered the same volume of 0. 5% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium for 2 weeks. The spontaneously hypertensive rats with hyperuricemia group (B1; 15 males, 15 females) was administered adenine ( 150 mg / kg dissolved in 0. 5% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium) and ethambutol (250 mg / kg dissolved in 0. 5% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium) for 2 weeks. The control / continuing established animal model group (A2; spontaneously hypertensive rats; 5 males and 5 females randomly chosen from A1) received the same volume of 0. 5% carboxymethyl cellulose for 4 weeks. The spontaneously hypertensive rats with hyperuricemia / continuing established animal model group (B2; 5 males and 5 females randomly chosen from B1) were administered adenine (150 mg / kg dissolved in 0. 5% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium) and ethambutol (250 mg / kg dissolved in 0. 5% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium) for 5 weeks. The spontaneously hypertensive rats+hyperuricemia+serum uric acid-lowering therapy group (B3; 5 males and 5 females randomly chosen from B1) were administered adenine ( 150 mg / kg dissolved in 0. 5% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium) and ethambutol ( 250 mg / kg dissolved in 0. 5% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium) and allopurinol (10 mg / kg Solved in 0. 5% Carboxymethyl cellulose-Na ) for 5 weeks. animal esperment in 2,4 and 7 weeks, before starting the experiment, the serum levels of uric acid, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and very-low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were tested using microplate readers. Results Serum uric acid levels and serum lipids in the experimental group differed significantly from those of the control group ( P<0. 05). Conclusions Serum uric acid-lowering therapy for spontaneously hypertensive rats with hyperuricemia altered the serum lipid levels.
