    摘要:

    长链非编码 RNA (LncRNA)是一类长度超过 200 个核苷酸的非编码 RNA,可在转录、转录后及翻译水平等多个层面调节基因表达,其功能失调与包括神经系统疾病在内的许多疾病的病理过程密切相关。细胞自噬是一种存在于真核细胞内主要依赖溶酶体的降解途径,在细胞的生长发育、衰老以及细胞内环境稳态的维持过程中发挥重要作用。近年来研究证实,LncRNA 在神经系统疾病的发生和发展过程中起到重要作用,同时 LncRNA 调控细胞自噬也是研究的热点问题,但具体的调控机制尚未见详细综述。 本文综述了 LncRNA 在细胞自噬中的调控分子机制及其在神经系统疾病中的相关研究进展,旨在为深入研究神经系统疾病的发病机制及药物治疗策略提供理论和实验依据。

    Abstract:

    Long non-coding RNA ( lncRNA) is RNA that is >200 bp long and regulates gene expression at the transcriptional, post-transcriptional and translational levels. Dysfunction of lncRNA is closely related to the pathological processes of many diseases, including nervous system diseases. Autophagy is a lysosome-dependent degradation pathway in eukaryotic cells that plays an important role in cell growth, development, senescence and maintenance of intracellular homeostasis. Recent studies have confirmed that lncRNA plays an important role in the occurrence and development of nervous system diseases, and regulation of autophagy by lncRNA is an important topic; however, the specific mechanisms of this regulation remain unclear. This paper reviews the molecular mechanisms of lncRNA regulation in autophagy and its related research progress concerning nervous system diseases to provide a theoretical and experimental basis for further studying the pathogenesis and drug treatment strategies of nervous system diseases.
