    摘要:

    心律失常是最常见的循环系统疾病之一,可影响心、脑、肾等多个重要脏器的功能,重症可危及生命,由心律失常导致的心源性猝死可占所有死亡的 25%。 至今,心律失常的潜在病理生理学机制仍不完全清楚,对心律失常发病机制的深入研究有助于临床新的防治策略的研发,而精准动物模型的建立是发病机制研究的重要基础,同时作为研究工具,可用于发病机制及药物干预措施研究的必备材料。所以本文对国内外心律失常动物模型的研究进展,包括模型应用的物种特点,制备原理以及模型应用等进行总结和比较,以期为心律失常相关研究及模型选择提供依据。

    Abstract:

    AbstractArrhythmia is one of the most common abnormalities of the circulatory system and can affect the functions of many important organs, including the heart, brain, and kidneys. Severe arrhythmia can be life-threatening; sudden cardiac death caused by arrhythmia accounts for approximately 25% of all deaths. The underlying pathophysiological mechanism of arrhythmia remains incompletely understood. In-depth research on the pathogenesis of arrhythmia is helpful to the development of new clinical prevention and treatment strategies, and the establishment of precision animal models is an important basis for the study of pathogenesis. Such models are not only effective research tools but can also be used for the study of pathogenesis and drug intervention measures. Therefore, this article summarizes and compares the progress in research using animal models of arrhythmia in China and abroad, including the species characteristics of the model application, the preparation principle, and the model application. The overall aim is to provide a basis for the selection of models for arrhythmia-related research.
