    食管癌是世界上消化道常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率与死亡率呈逐年上升趋势,且趋于年轻化。食管癌的发病、转移和耐药机制尚未完全清楚。中药抗肿瘤和逆转耐药等作用日益受到关注。食管癌小鼠模型有益于分析人类食管癌发病机制与中医药防治肿瘤的研究策略。食管癌小鼠模型主要分为三大类,诱发性模型、移植性模型和基因工程模型。然而,尚没有一种模型能概括人类食管癌的所有特征,选择合适的食管癌小鼠模型来解决特定食管癌问题尤为重要。 本文综合国内外研究文献,对目前常用的小鼠食管癌模型进行综述,归纳总结各类型食管癌小鼠模型制备方法及比较各模型优缺点与适用范围,以期为中医药防治食管癌的研究提供科学基础。

    Abstract:

    Esophageal cancer is globally one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive tract. Its morbidity and mortality are increasing annually, and it tends to affect more young people. The pathogenesis, metastasis, and drug resistance mechanisms of esophageal cancer are not fully understood. The anti-tumor role and reversal of drug resistance by traditional Chinese medicine have received increasing attention. The mouse model of esophageal cancer is helpful to analyze the pathogenesis of human esophageal cancer and the research strategy of traditional Chinese medicine on tumor prevention. Mouse models of esophageal cancer are mainly divided into three categories, induced models, transplanted models, and genetically engineered models. However, no model can represent all the characteristics of human esophageal cancer. It is particularly important to choose a suitable mouse model of esophageal cancer to solve specific esophageal cancer problems. This article summarizes the domestic and international research literature, reviews the current commonly used mouse esophageal cancer models, summarizes the preparation method of various types of esophageal cancer mouse models, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each model and the scope of application, to provide a research basis for the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer by traditional Chinese medicine.
