摘要:

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)是由新型冠状病毒( SARS-CoV-2)感染引起的急性呼吸道传染病。新冠病毒已在全球范围内大流行,遍及全球 200 多个国家和地区。尽管肺炎是 COVID-19 的主要症状,研究发现将近 20%的 COVID-19 患者会出现凝血功能异常,而几乎所有的重型和危重型患者均存在凝血功能紊乱。凝血功能常和血栓形成成为 COVID-19 患者死亡的重要原因之一。对 COVID-19 与凝血功能关系的探讨,对临床治疗和基础研究有重要的指导价值,本文主要从凝血异常机制的角度对 COVID-19 与凝血异常进行综述,并结合中医血瘀理论进行分析,为中药用于新冠防治提供科学证据并对 COVID-19 凝血异常相关研究提供帮助。

Abstract:

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by infection with the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2,which has spread worldwide. Although pneumonia is the primary symptom of COVID-19, nearly 20% of patients and almost all severe and critical patients have an abnormal coagulation function. Coagulation dysfunction and thrombosis have emerged as major causes of death in COVID-19 patients. A detailed understanding of the relationship between COVID-19 and coagulation dysfunction deserves urgent exploration for clinical treatment and basic research. In this article, the mechanism of coagulation dysfunction in COVID-19 were reviewed on the basis of molecular mechanistic pathways and the theory of blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine to provide scientific evidence for the application of traditional Chinese medicine and a reference for future studies of COVID-19-associated coagulopathy.
