    摘要:

    随着中医药现代化研究的不断深入,越来越多的疾病动物模型被广泛用于揭示中医基础理论、中药疗效评价及中药作用机制等研究中。本文梳理了中医药疾病动物模型的研究和发展现状,对中医药疾病动物模型建立和评价研究中常见的思路方法以及存在的问题进行介绍,为建立适合中医药特点的动物模型提供参考。

    Abstract:

    With the deepening of research on the modernization of Chinese medicine, disease animal model are widely used to study the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine, treatment evaluation and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy. This article comprehensive review the research and development status of disease animal models of traditional Chinese medicine, concluded the research ideas and method for the establishment and evaluation of disease animal models of traditional Chinese medicine and discusses the existing problems. The future development directions in this field are pointed out and may provide reference for further research.
