    TRIM46 蛋白是一个新发现的三重基序(tripartite motif,TRIM)家族蛋白,它由两个 RING finger、一个 B-box motif、一个 coiled-coil region、一个 COS、一个 FN3 和一个羧基端的 B30. 2 / SPRY 结构域构成。 TRIM46 蛋白通过调节平行微管阵列形成参与神经元极化过程,也参与肿瘤的增殖和迁移等,并与固有免疫系统相关。 Genecards 数据库提示,TRIM46 在人体各个组织广泛表达,其中脑组织中表达最高。 本文从蛋白结构和基因功能的角度概括 介绍了 TRIM46 的最新研究进展,并针对 TRIM46 未来的研究进行了初步讨论。

    Abstract:

    TRIM46, a relatively novel tripartite motif (TRIM) family protein, consists of two RING fingers, a B- box motif, a coiled-coil region, C-terminal COS, FN3 and B30. 2 / SPRY domains. TRIM46 controls neuronal polarity and axon specification by driving the formation of parallel microtubule arrays. TRIM46 plays a role in tumor proliferation and migration and is also involved in innate immune regulation. The data from Genecards suggested that TRIM46 was highly expressed in the brain, although it was broadly expressed in other human organs. This review focuses on recent studies of TRIM46 protein structure and function. Future research directions and method for gene-edited animals regarding TRIM46 are also predicted and discussed.
