    摘要:

    细胞程序性死亡(programmed cell death,PCD)是一种受基因调控的细胞死亡形式,在肿瘤等疾病的发生发展中有重要作用,根据其发生机制及形态特征可分为凋亡、坏死性凋亡、铁死亡、焦亡、自噬等。 长链非编码 RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是转录物大于 200 个核苷酸的非编码 RNA,通过直接或间接影响细胞内分子及蛋白的表达参与 PCD 的调控。 本文就 lncRNA 参与调控 PCD 的相关文献进行总结,有望为 lncRNA 和 PCD 的进一步研究提供新的切入点,为相关临床疾病的诊疗及预防提供新的思路。

    Abstract:

    Programmed cell death (PCD) is a form of cell death regulated by genes. It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors and other diseases. According to its occurrence, mechanism of action, and morphological characteristics, it can be divided into apoptosis, necroptosis, ferroptosis, pyroptosis and autophagy, among others. Long noncoding RNAs are noncoding RNAs of more than 200 nucleotides in length, which participate in the regulation of PCD by directly or indirectly affecting the expression of intracellular proteins and other molecules. This paper summarizes relevant literature on lncRNAs’ involvement in the regulation of PCD, which is expected to provide different pathways for further research on lncRNAs and PCD, as well as new ideas for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of related clinical diseases.
