联合肝分隔和门静脉结扎的二步肝切除术(associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy, ALPPS)能够促进预留肝快速增生,但其具体机制尚不明确。 建立不同肝病背景下的、稳定可复制的 ALPPS 动物模型是对其进行深入研究的必备条件。 本文拟对近年来关于 ALPPS 动物模型的研究进展进行简要综述。
Abstract:
Associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy (ALPPS) accelerates liver regeneration remarkably. However, the molecular mechanism of ALPPS remains unclear. It is necessary for in-deep research to establish a stable and reproducible ALPPS animal model under various liver disease backgrounds. This article reviews the research progress of ALPPS animal models in recent years.
