    摘要:

    非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的建模方法一直是研究的重点,根据不同的实验目的选择合适的动物模型和细胞模型对于研究非酒精性脂肪肝的发病机制具有重要意义。目前常用的造模方法有高脂高糖饲料、胆碱-蛋氨酸缺乏(MCD)、药物诱导、饱和或不饱和脂肪酸诱导等。其中,大鼠、小鼠、基因鼠及细胞在非酒精性脂肪肝模型中使用最频繁,因此本文重点围绕非酒精性脂肪肝的大鼠、小鼠、基因缺陷鼠及细胞模型的研究进展进行综述。

    Abstract:

    The modeling method of non-alcoholic fatty liver has always been a research focus. The selection of appropriate animal and cell models in accordance with experimental purposes is of great significance to study the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The commonly used modeling method are high fat and sugar feeding, choline-methionine deficiency, drug induction, and saturated or unsaturated fatty acid induction. Rats, mice, genemodified mice, and cells are most frequently used to model non-alcoholic fatty liver. This review focuses on the research progress of rats, mice, genetically defective mice, and cell models of non-alcoholic fatty liver.
