    以肥胖为中心的糖尿病、高血压和癌症等代谢性疾病在全球范围内正以惊人的速度增长,已成为全球公共健康问题。肥胖及相关代谢性疾病的治疗逐渐成为了研究热点。目前,越来越多的研究证明肠道微生物菌群可调节能量平衡和糖脂代谢,并调节肥胖及相关代谢性疾病的发生和发展。肠道微生物菌群很有可能是治疗和防控代谢性疾病的潜在新靶标。本文总结了肠道微生物菌群在肥胖相关代谢性疾病发生发展中的研究进展,并分析了肠道微生物菌群在代谢性疾病中的作用。

    Abstract:

    Obesity-centered metabolic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, and cancer, are increasing at an alarming rate worldwide and have become global public health concerns. The treatment of obesity and related metabolic diseases has gradually become a research hotspot. Currently, an increasing number of studies have shown that gut microbiota regulates energy balance, glycolipid metabolism, and the occurrence and development of obesity and related metabolic diseases. It is very likely that the gut microbiota is a potential new target for the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases. In this article, we summarize the research progress of gut microbiota in the development and progression of obesity-associated metabolic diseases and analyze the role of gut microbiota in metabolic diseases.
