    目的 观察肠易激综合征(IBS)模型WHBE兔神经内分泌激素和电解质水平的变化,探讨神经-体液-内分泌系统在IBS中的作用。方法 以湿热环境应激加小剂量致泻剂诱导WHBE兔建立IBS模型,在造模9d和14d时取血分离血清,检测血清中5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(COR)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)激素和K 、Na 、Cl-含量的变化,并以JW兔作对照。结果 与正常对照组比,造模9天时WHBE兔的5-HT、DA、ACTH、β-EP、COR均显著升高(P<0.05, P<0.01),Na 、K 含量均显著降低(P<0.01),而JW兔ACTH、β-EP、COR均显著升高(P<0.05, P<0.01),K 含量显著降低(P<0.05);造模14天时WHBE兔5-HT、ACTH、β-EP均显著升高(P<0.05, P<0.01),JW兔ACTH显著升高(P<0.05);相关分析显示,IBS模型中血清中5-HT、COR 与Na 、K 浓度呈显著负相关(P<0.05, P<0.01),血清中DA、β-EP水平与Na 、K 、Cl-浓度呈显著负相关(P<0.05, P<0.01),ACTH水平则与K 浓度呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论 IBS的发生不仅与HPA轴兴奋性升高有关,亦与体液因素有关,故神经-体液-内分泌系统参与了WHBE兔IBS的发生过程。

    Abstract:

    Objective To observe the change of Neuroendocrine hormone and Electrolyte levels in WHBE Rabbit with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, to explore the regulation role of nerve-humoral-endocrine system. Methods The irrtable bowel syndrome rabbits model was made by using the methods of moist heat, stress and stimulation adding with low-dose induced cathartic induced. When modeling 9d and 14d, take blood samples, testing the changes of rabbits serum levels of dopamine (DA), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), cortisol (COR), β-endorphin (β-EP) hormone and K , Na , Cl- content, and compared with JW rabbit. Results Compared with the normal control group, model 9 days group WHBE rabbits DA, 5-HT, ACTH, β-EP and COR significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), Na , K content were significant with lower (P<0.01), while the JW rabbits ACTH, β-EP and cortisol are significant with increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), K content significantly with lower (P<0.05); with the normal control group ratio, model 14 days group WHBE rabbit 5-HT, ACTH, β-EP were significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), JW rabbits ACTH significantly increased (P<0.05). The correlation analysis showed, IBS model group serum 5-HT, COR and Na , K concentration showed a significant negative correlation (P<0.05, P<0.01), serum DA, β-EP level and Na , K , Cl-concentration was a significant negative correlation (P<0.05, P<0.01), ACTH levels with K concentration was significantly negatively correlated (P<0.01). Conclusion IBS is not only associated with elevated HPA axis excitability, but also humoral factors, nerve-humoral- endocrine system is involved in the occurrence of WHBE rabbit with IBS.
