    目的 探讨诸氏鲻虾虎鱼的营养需要、科学配制其饲料。方法 用常规方法测定诸氏鲻虾虎鱼的含肉率及肌肉营养成分。结果 诸氏鲻虾虎鱼的含肉率为(65.20±3.82)%,肌肉(鲜样)中水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分的含量分别为(79.40±0.03)%、(17.54±0.31)%、(0.62±0.09)%和(2.34±0.07)%,限制性氨基酸为色氨酸、蛋氨酸和胱氨酸,二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸甲酯(DHA)含量较低。结论 诸氏鲻虾虎鱼饲料应低脂,适当添加色氨酸、蛋氨酸和胱氨酸等必需氨基酸及硅藻、红藻或褐藻等成分。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the nutrient requirements and compound the feed scientifically for Mugilogobius chulae. Methods The flesh content and nutritional component in the adult fish muscle were measured by conventional methods. Results The flesh content of adult fish were (65.20±3.82) %. Those contents of moisture, crude protein, crude fat and crude ash in the fresh muscle were (79.40±0.03) %, (17.54±0.31) %, (0.62±0.09) %, (2.34±0.07) % , respectively. The limited amino acids were Trp, (Met + Cys). The contents of EPA and DHA in fatty acids of M. chulae were lower. Conclusion Artificial feeds for M. chulae should low the crude fat content and add Trp, Met, Cys, and marine algae such as diatom, brown and red algae.
