    摘要:

    胰岛素抵抗(IR)在肥胖等相关代谢性疾病中起关键作用,脂肪组织功能失调在其中扮演重要角色。近年来,n-3多不饱和脂肪酸中的主要成分二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)和二十碳五烯酸(EPA)在缓解胰岛素抵抗中发挥了重要作用,受到了广泛关注。大量研究表明,DHA和EPA可以通过多种机制对脂肪组织起到调节作用。本文从抗炎、抗脂代谢紊乱、糖尿病通路和肠道菌群等方面对DHA和EPA在脂肪组织中缓解胰岛素抵抗的作用机制进行综述,为进一步分析DHA和EPA缓解胰岛素抵抗的分子机制提供理论依据,并为基于n-3多不饱和脂肪酸缓解代谢性疾病的药物开发奠定理论基础。

    Abstract:

    Insulin resistance ( IR ) plays a key role in obesity and other related metabolic diseases, and adipose tissue dysfunction plays an important role in it. In recent years, docosahexaenoic acid ( DHA ) and eicosapentaenoic acid ( EPA ), the main components of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, have played an important role in alleviating insulin resistance and have received extensive attention. Numerous studies have shown that DHA and EPA can regulate adipose tissue through a variety of mechanisms. In this paper, the mechanism of DHA and EPA in alleviating insulin resistance in adipose tissue was reviewed from the aspects of anti-inflammatory, anti-lipid metabolism disorder, diabetes pathway and intestinal flora, which provided a theoretical basis for further analysis of the molecular mechanism of DHA and EPA in alleviating insulin resistance, and laid a theoretical foundation for the development of drugs based on n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids to alleviate metabolic diseases.
