    目的:基于文献数据挖掘分析心肌梗死后抑郁动物模型的构建现状与优化方向。方法:系统检索中英文数据库相关文献,提取模型构建参数并进行统计分析。结果:共纳入107篇文献。模型多以雄性SD大鼠或C57BL/6小鼠为对象,主要采用冠脉结扎联合慢性不可预知温和应激的复合造模方式;行为学评价以强迫游泳、旷场和蔗糖偏好实验为主,聚焦绝望、探索及快感缺失行为;建模时间多集中在4周内。结论:基于现有文献分析,心肌梗死后抑郁动物模型构建已形成以SD大鼠和C57BL/6小鼠为主、雄性占主导的标准化趋势,并通过复合造模有效模拟疾病复杂病理生理过程。但模型在性别均衡性、造模时长标准化及神经-心脏共病机制关联评价方面仍需完善。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To analyze the current status and optimization directions of animal models of post-myocardial infarction depression based on literature data mining. Methods: Systematic searches were conducted in Chinese and English databases for relevant literature, followed by extraction of model parameters and statistical analysis. Results: A total of 107 studies were included. The models predominantly used male SD rats or C57BL/6 mice, primarily employing composite modeling methods combining coronary artery ligation with chronic unpredictable mild stress; behavioral assessments focused on forced swim, open field, and sucrose preference tests, targeting despair, exploratory, and anhedonic behaviors; modeling durations were mostly within 4 weeks. Conclusion: Based on current literature analysis, the construction of animal models for post-myocardial infarction depression has demonstrated a standardized trend dominated by SD rats and C57BL/6 mice, with composite modeling effectively simulating the complex pathophysiological processes of the disease. However, improvements are still needed in gender balance, standardization of modeling duration, and evaluation of neuro-cardiac comorbidity mechanisms.
