    摘要:

    模式生物斑马鱼在生命科学研究中应用广泛,但其在本科实验教学体系中的系统性构建与实践仍待深化。本研究基于本科生“科研导向、系统思维、创新能力”的培养需求,设计了以“抗疲劳”与“抗皱”功能评价为主题的斑马鱼综合实验课程。课程将行业团体标准(T/ZHCA 014-2022)及成熟的科研模型转化为适用于本科教学的综合性实验项目。通过引导学生全程参与实验设计、模型建立、数据采集与分析和学术报告撰写,有效培养了其科学思维与实践能力。教学实践表明,该实验教学模式不仅显著提升了学生的实验操作技能、数据分析能力与团队协作精神,更实现了科研反哺教学、理论联系实际的教学目标。本模式为在本科阶段开展基于前沿模型生物的创新性实验教学提供了可复制、可推广的实践范例,是对本科教学质量工程的有益探索。

    Abstract:

    The zebrafish, as a model organism, is widely used in life science research. However, its systematic integration into undergraduate experimental teaching systems requires further development. Based on the training objectives of cultivating “research orientation, systematic thinking, and innovation ability” in undergraduates, this study designed a comprehensive zebrafish experimental course focused on the functional evaluation of “anti-fatigue” and “anti-wrinkle” effects. The course transformed industry consortium standards (T/ZHCA014-2022) and established scientific research models into comprehensive experimental projects suitable for undergraduate education. By guiding students through the entire process of experimental design, model establishment, data collection and analysis, and academic report writing, it effectively fostered their scientific thinking and practical skills. Teaching practice has demonstrated that this experimental teaching model not only significantly enhanced students’ experimental operational skills, data analysis capabilities, and teamwork spirit but also achieved the teaching goals of integrating research into teaching and linking theory with practice. This model provides a replicable and scalable practical example for implementing innovative experimental teaching based on advanced model organisms at the undergraduate level, representing a valuable exploration for undergraduate teaching quality improvement projects.
