Abstract:Traditional basic medical experimental teaching struggles to meet the demands of cultivating medical students" practical abilities and innovative literacy in the new era. Using physiology experiments as an example, this study establishes a "trinity" experimental teaching model integrating "teaching content reform, evaluation system innovation, and ideological and political elements integration." The model aims to systematically train clinical medical reserves with standardized operational skills, ethical awareness, and cross-species comparative analysis capabilities. By systematically revising the teaching syllabus, a three-stage progressive teaching content—"classical animal experiments, human functional experiments, and independent design experiments"—was designed. The "one instrument, one code" technology was employed to ensure animal welfare and operational standards, while ethical education centered on the "3R" principles and clinical medical thinking were consistently integrated. This model achieves an organic fusion of "basic-clinical-research" capabilities and establishes a multidimensional formative evaluation system. Practice has shown that this model effectively enhances students" comprehensive practical abilities and innovative literacy, providing a referential pathway for the construction of medical education systems and the cultivation of future medical talents.
