    摘要:

    新兴替代方法(NAMs)正成为国际毒理学发展的重要方向,逐步推动毒性评估从动物实验向多元化、非动物技术转变。本文概述了NAMs的国际发展现状及其主要技术类型,包括体外(in vitro)、计算机模拟(in silico)和化学方法(in chemico),并分析了其优势与局限。文章进一步梳理了国际毒理学教育的发展趋势,指出多所高校已将NAMs纳入课程体系,注重跨学科与实践教学的融合。在此基础上,结合我国当前教学现状,提出加强 NAMs教育内容建设、发展跨学科教学机制、引入远程与虚拟实验平台、加强教师培训与课程资源建设等改进建议,以促进我国毒理学教学体系的现代化转型。

    Abstract:

    New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) are emerging as a key direction in the development of international toxicology, gradually driving the shift in toxicity assessment from traditional animal testing toward diversified, non-animal-based technologies. This paper reviews the global development of NAMs and categorizes their main technical types, including in vitro, in chemico, and in silico approaches, while analyzing their advantages and limitations. It further examines the evolving trends in toxicology education worldwide, highlighting that many universities have incorporated NAMs into their curricula, with a growing emphasis on interdisciplinary integration and hands-on training. Based on the current state of toxicology education in China, this study proposes several recommendations to support modernization, including strengthening NAMs-related curriculum development, promoting interdisciplinary teaching models, incorporating remote and virtual experimental platforms, and enhancing faculty training and educational resources.
