    神经系统变性疾病是以神经元原发性变性为主要病变的中枢神经系统疾病。阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer"s Disease, AD)是一种常见的神经系统变性疾病。已有研究表明,益生菌可以通过减轻氧化应激、Tau蛋白过度磷酸化程度来治疗和预防AD。本文总结了AD的主要发病机制假说、特征性病理改变、益生菌治疗预防AD的证据、治疗AD的益生菌种类和其作用机制等方面,系统地论述了益生菌在治疗、预防AD等神经系统变性疾病方面的作用。

    Abstract:

    Neurodegenerative diseases are a category of central nervous system disorders primarily characterized by the progressive degeneration of neurons. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a common neurodegenerative disorder. However, growing evidence suggests that probiotics may exert therapeutic and preventive effects against AD by mitigating oxidative stress and reducing abnormal hyperphosphorylation of Tau protein. This review summarizes prevailing hypotheses on AD pathogenesis, characteristic neuropathological changes, evidence supporting the efficacy of probiotics in AD treatment and prevention, specific probiotic strains used, and their underlying mechanisms of action. Together, this work provides a systematic overview of the role of probiotics in the management and prevention of AD and other neurodegenerative diseases.
