    【】本综述系统性聚焦于干燥综合征(Sj?gren"s syndrome, SS)发病机制中自噬在关键免疫细胞群体(B细胞、巨噬细胞和T细胞)中所呈现出的特异性稳态失调现象,突破以往研究多局限于腺体上皮细胞的限制。文章深入阐明,自噬在SS不同免疫细胞类型中表现出异质性的功能失衡状态,这种差异化的自噬紊乱不仅是疾病的伴随现象,更是驱动其发生与进展的核心内在分子机制。基于上述机制,本文进一步探讨了通过靶向调控自噬通路以精准干预并重建免疫微环境稳态的潜在治疗价值,为开发针对SS的新型免疫调节策略提供了重要的理论依据与创新方向。

    【】This review systematically focuses on the phenomenon of autophagy-specific homeostatic imbalance in key immune cell populations (B cells, macrophages, and T cells) within the pathogenesis of Sj?gren"s syndrome (SS), breaking through the previous limitation of studies largely confined to glandular epithelial cells. The article elaborates that autophagy manifests highly heterogeneous functional imbalance states among different immune cell types in SS. This differential autophagy dysregulation is not merely an accompanying phenomenon of the disease but also a core intrinsic molecular mechanism driving its initiation and progression. Based on the aforementioned mechanisms, this article further explores the potential therapeutic value of precisely intervening in and rebuilding immune microenvironment homeostasis by targeting autophagy pathways, providing an important theoretical basis and innovative direction for developing novel immunomodulatory strategies against SS.
