    摘要:

    实验动物是科学研究的载体,是维持生命科学研究发展运行的关键支撑。实验动物中心兽医团队的组建和运行是保证实验动物的质量、实验动物饲养管理、生物安全管理和实验动物伦理福利核心保障体系。在一定程度上,兽医团队在实验动物方向相关的科研数据可靠性及实验动物生物安全中也发挥了核心价值。通过分析兽医团队组建现状、存在的主要问题,并探索适合实验动物中心运行的专业化和可持续发展化的建设路径。结合国家政策、当前现状、和多年经验,总结并提出一套适应新时代科研需求的、多层次的高校实验动物中心兽医团队建设框架与发展策略,旨在构建一支高水平、专业化、职责范围明确、能够持续发展的兽医服务团队,以更好地适应新时代科研高质量发展需求,为高校发展保驾护航。

    Abstract:

    Experimental animals are essential vehicles for scientific research and a vital pillar supporting the advancement and continuity of life science studies. The establishment and operation of a veterinary team within an experimental animal center constitute a core safeguard system, ensuring the quality of experimental animals, the management of breeding processes, biosafety compliance, and the ethical welfare of the animals. To a significant extent, the veterinary team also plays a central role in guaranteeing the reliability of research data related to experimental animals and upholding their biological safety. This article examines the current state of veterinary team development in such centers, identifies key existing challenges, and explores specialized, sustainable pathways for team building that align with the operational needs of experimental animal centers. Drawing on national policies, present conditions, and years of practical experience, we summarize and propose a multi-level framework and development strategy for constructing veterinary teams in university-based experimental animal centers—one that meets the demands of modern scientific research. The objective is to build a high-level, professional veterinary service team with clearly defined responsibilities and sustainable development capacity, thereby better adapting to the requirements of high-quality scientific research and providing robust support for university development.
