    骨质疏松症是一种全身代谢性骨稳态失衡疾病,其引发的骨缺损因骨微环境失衡修复难度大,现有的传统疗法存在效果有限、并发症多及治疗过程繁杂等问题。水凝胶支架因其良好生物相容性及独特的网络结构成为新型修复材料,能通过调节免疫等途径修复骨质疏松骨缺损。本文概括了水凝胶支架在骨质疏松骨缺损修复中应用的发展动态及治疗原理,并讨论了这些水凝胶的应用前景与不足。本文认为,复合多种材料的水凝胶系统可以通过对环境智能响应,以及递送不同的分子或细胞来促进骨质疏松骨缺损修复,兼顾天然水凝胶及合成水凝胶的优点,是治疗骨质疏松骨缺损修复的较佳方法。本文通过对治疗骨质疏松骨缺损的水凝胶种类与机制进行分析,旨在为骨质疏松骨缺损相关研究与治疗提供新的治疗思路。

    Abstract:

    Osteoporosis is a systemic metabolic bone homeostasis imbalance disease, and the bone defects caused by OP are difficult to repair due to the imbalance of bone microenvironment. The existing traditional therapies have limited effect, many complications and complicated treatment process. Hydrogel scaffold has become a new type of repair material due to its good biocompatibility and unique network structure, which can repair osteoporotic bone defects by regulating immunity and other ways. This review summarizes the development and therapeutic principles of hydrogel scaffolds in the repair of osteoporotic bone defects, and discusses the application prospects and shortcomings of these hydrogels. It is concluded that multi-material composite hydrogel systems can promote the repair of osteoporotic bone defects by intelligent response to the environment and delivery of different molecules or cells. Taking into account the advantages of natural and synthetic hydrogels, they are a better method for the treatment of osteoporotic bone defect repair. In this paper, the types and mechanisms of hydrogels for the treatment of osteoporotic bone defects are analyzed, aiming to provide new ideas for the research and treatment of osteoporotic bone defects.
