    非人灵长类实验动物是生物医学研究的关键战略资源,其管理需要兼顾科学性与合规性。针对传统管理方式存在的信息碎片化、效率低下及可追溯性不足等问题,本研究结合上海脑科学与类脑研究中心动物管理实践以及脑科学科研方向,设计开发了一套非人灵长类实验动物信息管理系统。该系统整合个体档案、健康监测、检疫记录、繁殖谱系、医学治疗、批文申请、技术服务、人员培训、资源共享等模块,通过数字化管理实现数据实时更新、动态预警及多维度分析,并嵌入伦理审查与法规合规流程。实践表明,系统显著提升动物管理效率与科研协作水平,可为同类平台建设提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Non-human primate (NHP) experimental animals are key strategic resources for biomedical research, and their management needs to balance scientific validity and regulatory compliance. To address limitations of conventional management systems—such as fragmented information, operational inefficiencies, and insufficient traceability—this study leverages the neuroscience research framework of the Shanghai Center for Brain Science and Brain-Inspired Technology in animal management experience and brain science research tasks to develop an integrated information management system for NHP experimental animals. The system consolidates functional modules encompassing individual profiles, health monitoring, quarantine records, breeding pedigrees, medical interventions, permitting documentation, technical services, personnel training, and resource sharing. Through digitized management, it enables real-time data updates, dynamic early-warning mechanisms, and multidimensional analytics, while embedding institutional ethical review processes and regulatory compliance protocols. Implementation practices demonstrate that the system significantly enhances operational efficiency in animal management and elevates collaborative research capabilities, offering a reference paradigm for analogous platforms.
