Abstract:Aiming at the pain points of fragmented data, low collaboration efficiency, and difficult policy implementation in the management of laboratory animal models in universities, this study constructs a standardized database system based on the SeaTable low-code platform. Through the technical architecture of "multi-table association + automated rules + API (Application Programming Interface)integration", it realizes the full lifecycle management of laboratory animal models and cross-institutional resource sharing. Taking the Laboratory Animal Center of Jiangnan University as an empirical case, the data shows that after the application of the platform, management efficiency increased by 40%, the experiment repetition rate decreased by 15.6%, the one-time success rate of student-led experiments increased from 73.9% to 89.4%, and the experiment cycle extension rate decreased from 37.5% to 13.1%. This model deeply aligns with the national strategic orientation for open sharing of scientific and technological resources through a trinity solution of "technical tools-process optimization-policy adaptation", innovatively integrating low-code technology with scientific research management processes, and providing a replicable practical paradigm for the digital transformation of scientific research management.
