    Abstract:

150 male Kunming mice at age of 20 days were divided into 5 groups and 150 coupl es Kunming mice in sexul maturity were also divided into 5 groups randomly. The mice in different groups were fed control diet and experimental diets contain di fferent Zine level of 60,70,80 and 90 mg/kg respectively. The results showed that the zinc level in diets have no significant infuluence on weight gain, fee d efficiency and reproductive performance of mice in different groups. There wer e also no significant difference in zinc content in serum, liver, pancreas, kidd ey, tibia and serum AKP in different groups. The results demonstrated that the z inc level in natural ingredient diets can not only satisfy the mice requirement for growth and reproduction, but also make tissue zinc to reach saturation. It i s unnecessary to supplement zinc additive to mice diets.
